At Because it Matters, we understand that time is poor but there are certain requirements of an early childhood educator in maintaining currency. We develop the training and then record this so you can watch and complete in your own time.
How do you access the webinars?
Just scroll down and click BOOK HERE. Look to the right side where it says BOOK 1 or if you are looking to book a GROUP move down to the second image and choose any number up to 20. Pick the date you wish to receive the recorded webinar link, pay, and you will receive an email.
The email will provide you with a link to the webinar and a link to a questionnaire. You must complete this questionnaire successfully to receive your certificate, usually within 10 minutes. You can complete the questionnaire as many times as needed to be successful.
Child Protection Update
We have had some feedback that educators would still like the recorded webinar we usually provide as it provides clear details of what NSW needs to do. Therefore we are offering a shorter version so as not to repeat the information already obtained through the Geccko training. NOTE: Advanced training will be available on Geccko from July 2026, check if you need to complete this.
