Out of Scope Services relate to Mobile Preschools and Occasional Care Services. They currently abide by the Children (Education and Care Services) Supplementary Provisions Act 2011 No 70 but are also trying to follow the spirit of the National Quality Framework.

The Department of Education is where Mobile services and Occasional Care services go to resource the applications and forms they need to complete for their service. As they are not part of the National Quality Framework they are not expected to use ACECQA for these purposes.
