COAG explains in their Green Skills Agreement “Skills for sustainability, also known as green skills, are the technical skills, knowledge, values and attitudes needed in the workforce to develop and support sustainable social, economic and environmental outcomes in business, industry and the community.”

  • Standard 3.2.3 of the National Quality Standard states Environmentally responsible “The service cares for the environment and supports children to become environmentally responsible.”
  • Because it Matters will assist you to implement the National Quality Standards in your service in regards to sustainability, specifically in relation to Standard 3.2.3
  • We can  provide a variety of ways in delivering training about Sustainability
  • Six hour training using both our knowledge and some fun hands on experiences to assist you in being sustainable. This training may be delivered in 3x 2hr or 2x3hr sessions
  • Three hour training where we provided the information and advise of ways to complete hands on experiences with children
